For information about our purchasing policies, delivery, returns and exchanges, sales and gift cards.
Purchasing policies
A confirmation email will be sent to you once you placed an order.
All orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days for Quebec residents. During launch periods, shipping may take a little longer than usual.
For other destinations, you can refer to the Canada Post delivery Standards (https://www.canadapost.ca).
Delivery standards for Canada: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery standards for the United States: 2 weeks
Delivery standards for Europe: 3-4 weeks
Shipping price is calculated at checkout and can change depending of shipping address and weight of the parcel. For all order shipped outside of Canada, please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your package. Please note that duties and custom fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client. Rose Maternité is also not responsible for any custom delays or lost packages.
*During busy delivery periods at Canada Post (Holiday Periods, Black Friday and/or Boxing Day), we are unfortunately not responsible for any postal delays. It is possible that the delivery time may be delayed by a few days*.
All returns are made by post only and are at the buyer's expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please note that only one return (exchange and/or refund) per order is allowed and will be accepted.
We accept all item returns Rose Maternité items provided they are in their original condition, with the respective label, and have not been washed, worn or damaged within 15 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, after this period, the items will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Rose Maternité is not responsible for lost items during delivery (or out for delivery) of return parcels.
*Please note that items purchased from our online store must be returned by mail only. Returns cannot be accepted in our participating stores. In addition, final sale items cannot be selected for return as they are non-refundable.
1. Click on BACK in the bottom menu.
2. Complete the form with your order number (available in your confirmation email) and your email address.
3. Select the item(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for the return. Final sale items cannot be selected as they are non-refundable.
4. Select the desired option: Refund according to the original payment method.
5. Complete the comments section if necessary with more information.
6. Select the reason for the return and add information as required.
7. Select the desired method of return: Use our prepaid return label with Canada Post or the carrier of your choice.
8. Click Submit to confirm your return.
9. Download the return label, available in your email or on the return platform by clicking on View. Print it out and stick it on your return package, making sure to attach the return form.
10. Drop your package off at your local Canada Post office or mailbox. Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within a few days.
A $12.00 return label fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. A purchase made with a gift card will be refunded directly to the gift card and not by credit card.
Returns are at the buyer's expense and are non-refundable.

5. Complete the remark if necessary with more information.
6. Select the reason for the exchange and indicate the information about the desired new item in the description (size/model/colour).
7. Select the method of return: Use the carrier of your choice.
8. Click Submit to confirm your return.
9. Prepare your package with the exchange form below and go to a Canada Post outlet or other carrier of your choice and return the package to the address indicated on the form
Once we have received your return package, we will proceed to exchange your return as soon as possible.
Only items purchased at the regular price can be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale and promotional items are not eligible for return, as they are considered final sale.
We can offer you a price adjustment on an item purchased at regular price on our online store within 48 hours of the date of purchase, with the exception of offers from the Mad Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. Please note that no price adjustments will be accepted for special prices or events with promotional codes.
Please note that no promotional code can be combined with another. For example, during a promotion, our loyalty program codes cannot be applied to your orders. If you wish to apply it, you will not be able to benefit from our current promotion. Thank you for your understanding.
Errors can happen. If a product is listed incorrectly (price or description) due to a typographical error or other mistake, Rose Maternité reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been placed for such a product listed. If your credit card has already been charged for an error purchase, we will issue a credit to your card for the full amount of the charge.
Errors are also possible in the availability of products and in our available inventory displayed on our online store. If a product is purchased and found to be unavailable, we will refund the product as quickly as possible. Please note that no exchange or replacement of similar products will be possible. Any error will be automatically refunded according to the original method of payment.
We are human beings in a small company handling hundreds, if not thousands, of items a week. If this happens to your order, we are extremely sorry in advance. We thank you sincerely for your understanding!
Gift Cards purchased from our online store can be exchanged for merchandise only on our website (www.rosematernite.com) and not at participating retailers/outlets.
The gift card is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-redeemable.
Purchases made with a gift card that subsequently require a refund will be refunded directly to the gift card. No credit card refunds are accepted.
From six months after purchase, no refund and/or exchange is possible. Unfortunately, even if the item has not been worn or washed, we have no control over the way it has been stored. It is the customer's responsibility to check the items upon receipt.

Terms and Conditions
We undertake to process your order within 48 working hours of payment, with the exception of orders placed for the launch of new collections, promotions or major events, which may take slightly longer.
Prices and products displayed on Rose Maternité website (www.rosematernite) are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, assembly and duty fees. Amounts are payable in one full payment at the time of the order. Rose Maternité reserves the right to modify the retail price of its products at any time without prior notice.

If you wish to distribute the products from our collections in your shop, send us a presentation message via [email protected] and we will answer you as soon as possible.
Our head office is located in the warm and friendly Ville de l'Assomption.
All the work involved in the conception, design and production of the drawings and patterns, as well as the purchase of fabrics for our collections, is done right here in the Lanaudière region.
All our products are therefore proudly designed and made in Quebec.
For reasons of availability and production costs, the final production of our garments is done jointly with a team specialized in the maternity field in Asia.
At all times, our team is committed to conducting its activities in accordance with recognized ethical standards in the commercial sector and the labour laws in force on our side as well as that of our supplier and its employees. Our team is part of an ethical work group and is proud to collaborate and work with a dedicated supplier. The environment and working conditions are essential elements that we take very seriously. As such, we regularly visit our work colleagues abroad, just like our colleagues here in Quebec. We are a great team and that's what makes us strong!
